Candidates are prescreened by a qualified recruiter. An in depth interview is conducted to discuss the candidate’s overall career goals, experience and assess skill sets. When applicable, each candidate is given a technical evaluation appropriate to their skill sets. Selecting the best-qualified candidates for each job is one of our top priorities. All Ankobia applicants undergo work history verification prior to being considered for an assignment. We exercise care in ensuring that selected applicants will appropriately match client requirements.

Clients will only pay for satisfactory services provided by our consultants.
